I have gambled on countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I began sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have gambled on online twenty-one, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost an abundance of cash at chemin de fer. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to beat the house.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You most certainly will not get rich with this method or defeat the house, however you will have an abundance of fun. This tactic is built on the fact that blackjack seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your on fire, and when you are not you’re NOT!

I gamble with basic strategy vingt-et-un. When I don’t win I wager the table minimum on the next hand. If I lose again I wager the lowest amount allowed on the next hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I succeed again I take the payout paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the wager back down to the original sum.

I am very strict and do not back out. It gets extremely fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in a row your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 30 mins using this technique! And a couple of months ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You need to understand that you can lose much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more thrilling. And you will be amazed at the streaks you see gamble this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a 5 dollar table.

Wager five dollar
Take 5 dollar paid to you, leave the first 5 dollar bet

Wager 5 dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of $10

Bet $10
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet

Bet ten dollar
Leave $10 paid to you for a total wager of twenty dollar

Wager 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar bet

Wager 20 dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of forty dollar

Bet 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial 40 dollar bet

Wager forty dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of $80

Wager eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid-out to you, leave the first eighty dollar bet

Wager 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of one hundred and sixty dollar

Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first $160 bet

If you left at this point you would be up 315 dollar !!

It’s herculean to go on a run this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can’t alter and drop your bet or the end result will not be the same.
