I have played countless of rounds of chemin de fer. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was still underage. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short time. With all that said I have still spent an abundance of money at 21. The gambling dens have made it very hard to defeat the house.

I still enjoy the game and bet on a regular basis. Over the years I have enjoyed a type of blackjack called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is based on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of streaks. When you are hot your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!

I bet with basic strategy blackjack. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the original wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I succeed the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original wager. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I return the bet back down to the original bet.

I am very strict and never "chicken out". It gets very fun on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in sequence your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had great runs a couple of times now. I departed a $5 table at the Flamingo a number of years ago with $750 after 20 mins using this method! And a few weeks ago in Sin City I left a game with $1200!

You have to comprehend that you can say good-bye to much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you witness playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a $5 game.

Wager five dollar
Take five dollar paid to you, leave the first five dollar bet

Bet five dollar
Leave $5 paid to you for a total wager of $10

Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet

Wager ten dollar
Leave $10 paid-out to you for a total bet of twenty dollar

Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid-out to you, leave the initial twenty dollar wager

Wager $20
Leave twenty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar

Wager $40
Take 40 dollar paid to you, leave the initial forty dollar bet

Wager 40 dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar

Bet eighty dollar
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first $80 bet

Wager eighty dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total bet of $160

Bet $160
Take $160 paid to you, leave the first one hundred and 60 dollar bet

If you departed at this moment you would be up 315 dollar !!

It is herculean to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you mustn’t alter and lower your wager or the end result won’t be the same.
