black jack is a game that reminds me somewhat of a roller coaster. It’s a game that starts off slowly, but gradually gains speed. As you slowly build up your profit, you feel like you are making moves to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls.
black jack is so incredibly like a roller coaster the similarities are astounding. As with the popular amusement park experience, your black jack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going great for a time before it bottoms out again. Of course you have to be a player that is able to readjust to the ups and downs of the game mainly because the game of blackjack is packed full with them.
If you like the little coaster, a coaster that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a much bigger bet, then hop on for the rollercoaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The deep pocket gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he or she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush headlong to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In black jack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that is terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to flip and turn, you had better get out in a hurry.
If you don’t, you might not remember how much you enjoyed the good life while your bank roll was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a nice ride and your head in the air. As you are recalling "what ifs", you won’t always remember how "high up" you went but you will naturally remember that mortifying drop as clear as day.
