I have enjoyed countless of rounds of blackjack. I began sneaking into the casinos when I was still underage. I have gambled on online 21, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a short while. Given all that I have still lost a lot of money at 21. The gambling halls have made it very hard to beat the casino.
I still like the game and play on a regular basis. Over the years I have gambled on a type of vingt-et-un called "The Take it Leave it Method". You certainly won’t get loaded with this tactic or defeat the casino, however you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is founded on the fact that 21 appears to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you are NOT!
I play basic strategy twenty-one. When I don’t win I bet the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the subsequent hand again etc. As soon as I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original bet on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of 4 times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the action back down to the original value.
I am very strict and do not "chicken out". It gets extremely thrilling sometimes. If you win a few hands in series your wagers go up very quickly. Before you know it you are betting $100-200per hand. I have had great streaks a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 20 minutes using this method! And a couple of months ago in Atlantic City I left a table with $1200!
You need to understand that you can give away much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be amazed at the streaks you notice playing this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you kept winning at a 5 dollar table.
Bet $5
Take 5 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial $5 wager
Bet $5
Leave $5 paid-out to you for a total bet of 10 dollar
Bet $10
Take 10 dollar paid-out to you, leave the initial ten dollar bet
Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of $20
Bet twenty dollar
Take $20 paid to you, leave the first twenty dollar wager
Wager $20
Leave 20 dollar paid to you for a total bet of 40 dollar
Wager $40
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original 40 dollar bet
Bet forty dollar
Leave 40 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of eighty dollar
Bet $80
Take 80 dollar paid to you, leave the first eighty dollar wager
Bet 80 dollar
Leave $80 paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Wager $160
Take one hundred and sixty dollar paid to you, leave the initial 1 hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up three hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it can happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your wager or the end result will not be the same.
